• Faulty or Incorrect Items – If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know within 14 days at contact@escapeclothing.com.au. We’ll replace it or sort out a refund.
• Exchanges – Need a different size? Send it back unused, in original condition and packaging, and we’ll swap it out. If it’s out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.
• Return Shipping – If it’s our mistake, we’ll cover shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is on you. Tracked shipping is recommended.
